General questions

If your package (domestic and international) is lost, you should approach the post office concerned if you are the sender, or the post office in your area if you are the recipient, and write an official request. If your request is related to domestic shipping, you will receive a written response within 15 working days, if it is related to international shipping, within 3 months. Please note that complaints about the loss of domestic mail can be submitted within 6 months from the date of receipt of the shipment. International mails are accepted in the manner and time stipulated by UPI acts and bilateral agreements, and the user is informed in writing within 3 months.
