Dear customer, only 1 month after mail item remains at the post office of your destination country, you can approach any of our offices and send a request to clarify the reason for the stay in that country.

During identification, you must complete the form in accordance with the principles of "know your customer", the relevant law and the requirements of FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard).

It is possible to send non-breakable gifts of up to 2 kg in small packages abroad. Postage rates are determined depending on their type, category, weight, shipping method, direction and country of destination.
