Events on Transport and electronic advanced information for Europe and CIS countries will be held in Baku on January 28-30 at the joint initiative of the World Postal Union and "Azerpost" LLC.
With a commitment to promoting innovation in Azerbaijan's postal ecosystem, the events will include a Postal Transport workshop and e-advanced data training.
The purpose of the events is to gather postal operators from Europe and the CIS countries to discuss the difficulties and opportunities in the modern postal system, share knowledge about electronic advanced information and the organization of postal work on transport logistics, postal security functions.
During the trainings on E-Advanced information, sessions on the Strategic approach to e-commerce, Customs declaration and the Use and integration of tools on international postal systems will be organized, as well as bilateral meetings on the individual needs of the postal operators of the participating countries will be held.
At the same time, the important issues related to transport, such as regional and National Transport indicators, IT tools, the transition to paperless transportation and the creation of regional transport hubs will be discussed in the Regional Transport workshop.
One of the highlights of the seminar is the panel discussion, which promotes dialogue between the telecom operators. Here, ways to solve difficulties for postal consolidation and the creation of regional centers will be examined.
The events to be held are aimed to provide postal organizations with the necessary tools and knowledge to improve the efficiency of their activities, as well as to promote cooperation between postal operators in the region.
