The mailing address must be accurate and complete. Abbreviated names and non-address symbols are not allowed to be shown in the address. The addressee's address is written in the lower right part of the mailing, without keeping spaces between lines and letters of words. The sender's address is written at the top left of the address side of the mailing. Addresses and notes in domestic mail should be written in Azerbaijani. On the international mail, the recipient's name, surname and postal address are written in Latin letters and Arabic numbers. The recipient's address must be accurate and complete. When the postal address is written in the language of the country of destination, the name of the place of residence and the country of destination are repeated below it in capital letters in Azerbaijani.
