Born in 1979 in the city of Baku.
Studied at Azerbaijan State University of Economics from 1995 to 2001, earning a bachelor's and master's degree.
Since 2000, he has held senior positions in a variety of companies and banks as an economist or department director.
In 2021-2022, he was the Deputy General Director at Azerpost LLC.
Currently is a member of the Board of Governors Azerpost LLC.
