In order to promote the importance of wildlife conservation and the diversity of rare plant and animal species, March 3rd has been celebrated as the World Wildlife Day globally since 2013.
In order to highlight the importance of this date, an exclusive and limited edition collection of postage stamps dedicated to the World Wildlife Day was created as a result of a joint project between the "Azerpost" LLC and the Swiss company "365 ART". This project was created in direct collaboration with the world-renowned American photographer Brad Wilson, whose work has been widely published in international advertising campaigns, magazines, and on the covers of music albums.
The stamps, scheduled to be released in March 2025, are designed based on the photographs from the author's photo collection called "Exotic Life", which reflect the beauty and diversity of wild nature. This project embodies the perfect and flawless combination of the art of photography and the unique style of philately.
The fascinating images used on the stamps give collectors and nature lovers the opportunity to experience the beauty of exotic creatures and enjoy aesthetic pleasure.
It should be noted that the QR code placed on each stamp provides a link to the official source website of the photos, allowing you to obtain detailed information about the animal depicted in addition to the original version of the photo.
Let us note that this series of stamps, while having high artistic significance, also emphasizes once again that it is our moral duty to protect the rich biodiversity of our planet.
