Fees applied to customers in transactions with "Azerpost" payment cards are minimal. Since the cards are of the "Mastercard" brand, you can withdraw funds and carry out non-cash transactions anywhere in the world with appropriate fees.

It is enough to apply to the customer service department of the nearest post office together with your identity document. In addition to the national currency, you can buy a dollar and euro account card.

This is impossible, that is, the PIN code of the card is static and does not change. You are probably using another card's pin code.
