All categories of letter mail weighing more than 500 grams and all parcels (except secograms), regardless of weight, are stored at the postal facility after 5 calendar days (20 calendar days for mail marked "Up to Request") from the day of their entry into the postal facility, for each day, the buyer is charged according to the additional service tariffs determined by the postal communication operator, i.e. "Azerpost" LLC. In this case, the day of mailing is not taken into account.
