Born in 1972 in the city of Baku.
Studied at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of Baku State University in 1989-1994.
Since 1997, he held various positions in the field of Information Technologies.
From 2005 to 2020, he held such positions as department director, Deputy Chairman of the Board, executive director, etc. in various banks.
In 2021-2022, he was the Deputy General Director at Azerpost LLC.
Currently is a member of the Board of Governors Azerpost LLC.
