1.4. Reception of telegrams.
 
1.4.1. Telegram language:
 
1.4.1.1. Telegrams in the Republic of Azerbaijan are compiled in Latin with Latin alphabet and Arabic numerals;
 
1.4.1.2. international telegrams are compiled with the Latin alphabet and Arabic numerals in the language of the destination country, English or French;
 
1.4.1.3. the address and service notes of international telegrams can be written in the language of the destination country, in the English or French languages ​​with the Latin alphabet and Arabic numerals and the text in Latin with the Latin alphabet;
 
1.4.1.4. Address, service record, name, surname and patronymic of telegrams sent to CIS countries, Lithuanian and Estonian republics in the language of the destination country or in Russian, Cyrillic or Latin alphabet and Arabic numerals, and text in Cyrillic or Latin alphabet and written in Arabic numerals;
 
1.4.1.5. In domestic and international telegrams, Latin and Cyrillic alphabets, Arabic numerals and punctuation marks are used in telegrams addressed to the Latin alphabet, the CIS countries, the Lithuanian and Estonian Republics:
 
1.4.2. Telegramming and address writing:
 
1.4.2.1. Telegrams shall be written by the sender F.TQ-1 and F.TQ-22 (Annexes 2, 3, 4, 5) by the sender with a pencil or print, with no clear or correction. In exceptional cases, telegram corrections are confirmed by the sender's signature on the bottom of the telegram blank.
 
1.4.2.2. The telegram shall be drawn up by the sender indicating its category and type as follows:
 
- address (consistency in internal telegrams: village, settlement, district center, city, international telegrams: first country, then sequence, followed by other address indications necessary for telegram delivery: postal office index, street name, house, phone number);
 
- Name, surname of the owner (name of the father, if required);
 
- telegram text;
 
- sender's name (signature, if required);
 
1.4.2.3. In the bottom part of the telegram blank, the address, surname, name, phone number of the sender or the "Notebook" record shall be entered under the line. This information is not counted as a paid word, is not charged by the sender and is not transmitted by the computer;
 
1.4.2.4. The text of the telegrams addressed to the Supreme Authority bodies shall contain the name, surname, patronymic and address of the sender in the absolute manner and must therefore be reimbursed. The name, address, telephone number of the place of work, When the information is transmitted to the computer by writing to the text section of the telegram, this information is counted as a paid word and receives a fee from the sender.
 
At the bottom of the telegram blank, the sender's identity information and sender's address information (if this information is not provided in the text) is absolutely not counted as a paid word, is not charged by the sender and is not transmitted by the computer.
 
1.4.2.5. In the text of the telegrams sent to the Supreme Authorities on behalf of the Group, the name, surname, patronymic, address and the number of persons included in the group must be shown in the absolute manner. name, address, telephone number of the workplace, educational institution, etc. When the information is transmitted to the computer by writing to the text section of the telegram, this information is counted as a paid word and receives a fee from the sender.
 
In the lower part of the telegram blank, under the line, the sender's (group member's) personal information confirming the identity of the sender (group member) and group member information (if this information is not provided in the text) is not counted as a paid word, is not charged by the sender and is not transmitted by the computer .
 
1.4.2.6. In the text, misleading words and slanderous expressions are written, and telegrams without text, only the address are not accepted;
 
1.4.2.7. Telegram registered telegrams "Required" are accepted when full name, surname, patronymic name of the recipient in post offices, subscription boxes, villages;1.5. Delivery of telegrams.
 
1.5.2. Telegrams are delivered to address holders in the following sequence, in the period of supervisory control and taking into account the working conditions of the PUs:
 
1.5.2.1. extraordinary and government telegrams are processed and transmitted in urban and regional centers during the first working day;
 
1.5.2.2. urgent and ordinary telegrams of death, date and time of appointment, are processed and transmitted in urban and regional centers within 2 hours;
 
1.5.2.3. ordinary telegrams are processed and delivered within 4 working hours in cities and regional centers;
 
1.5.2.4. post office post office 30 minutes before the end of its business, received telegrams will be delivered on the same day, after which time telegrams will be delivered until 10.00 the following day;
 
1.5.2.5. urgent telegrams included in the address of legal entities are processed and delivered within 2 hours, and usually 4 hours;
 
1.5.2.6. telegrams received by legal entities after working hours, on holidays and days off, are delivered at 10.00 on the next working day of the legal entity;
 
1.5.2.7. it is allowed to transmit telegrams periodically to them in accordance with the written agreement of the legal entity with postal offices. (2-3 times a day);
 
1.5.2.8. the delivery time will be forwarded to the address by the first delivery at the appointed date, if the scheduled telegrams were entered the day before;
 
1.5.2.9. incoming telegrams on the designated day of delivery are delivered to the same day without taking into account the control period of the PG during the working day;
 
1.5.2.10. congratulatory and telegrams of telegrams are delivered to the address owners on the same day of the IPO, regardless of the period of transition.
